CONCLUSIONES 
El   enfoque   transcriptómico   permitió   reportar,   por   primera   vez   en   hongos,   el   análisis   funcional  
de   dos   efectores   “downstream”   (no   canónicos)   de   la   ruta,   los   cuales   son   regulados   negativamente  
por   Pga1:   Pcz1   y   Sfk1.   El   enfoque   proteómico   ha   permitido   la   identificación   de   otros  
protagonistas de la ruta, lo cual está siendo objeto de estudio.
