e’ve all done it, indulged
too much during the festive
period, felt fed up and
annoyed with the natural weight gain
that comes with too much turkey,
stuffing and Christmas pudding; then
decided “to be good” when January
rolls round. Unfortunately this cycle
of indulgence, regret, and empty
promises to oneself isn’t healthy and
