urning to the other side side, according to a saaal study by Gaby Badre, teenagers tend to experience "greater restlessness with more neglected lifestyles, more consumption of stimulant beverages, difficulty falling asleep and disturbed sleep, and more susceptibility to stress and fatigue. Forming social misfits and even more dangerous practices; in my opinion although it is true, it is the responsibility of parents and the critical and moral thinking of us students to understand that the opportunities provided by the devices are by no means unlimited. It is impossible to control a student outside of school, but doing so during class is not difficult. The research findings in Part Two establish that the performance of students whose schools have banned cell phones has had a not-so-significant increase in positive results from the writer's point of view (6.14% for 16-year-old students). However, this percentage exists and therefore it must be said that even if it is minimal, there is an impact on student performance. But we really have to think that it could be much better a balance where the measures result in a much greater benefit in terms of increasing the quality of education.
