VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED FOR OUR NATIONAL MEETING
This National Meeting is the biggest event our club has been involved in since 2010( our last National Meeting) and its relies on a big group of enthusiastic volunteers to make it a success. Volunteers are needed to assist for the following events / functions.........
Pre Registration. Sample bag packers, this will take place at the clubrooms during the week 10th to the 13th April Decorating and setting up Social venues, Thursday 13 April
Registration and Scrutineering Held at the Festival Function Centre, Findon Rd Findon on Friday 14th from 8.30am to 3.30pm. Registration clerks and assistants, car park Marshalls, Scrutineers,
Noggin‘ N’ Natter. and Rocker Cover Racing. Also at the Findon Centre on Friday evening from 5.30pm. Help needed, Rocker Cover Racing marshalls.
Concours. Held at Wigley Reserve Glenelg, help needed from 8.00am for setup. Judges,( at least 30 required) marshalling cars into position, packing up.
Social Night. Saturday, back to the Findon Centre for the Theme night. Door attendants, Judges for fancy dress, pack down after the event
Motorkhana. Sunday 15th. Venue to be confirmed courses, tents, timing officials, marshalls.
Kimber Run. Sunday 15th Help list finalized. help needed to set-up
Super Sprint Monday 17th at Mallala, Help required from 8.00am, registration, timing, general duties, traffic marshalls, around 6-7 needed
Observation Run. Monday 17th. Starting from Thorndon. Park, traffic marshalls etc;
Presentation Dinner. To be held at the Donato Reception Centre Kilkenny Door attendants, from 6.00pm to set-up and pack down
