MG Car Club of South Australia COMPETITION AWARDS & MGF TECH NIGHT From..Laurie Houghton Two events took place on Friday night the 14th July at the Clubrooms, 1, Murray Stephenson presented the awards for the 2016 year as follows.. There were fourteen eligible events for the year and Tim competed at all four- teen which helped towards him being 2016 Motorsport Champion. Non Marque was the biggest class with eight competitors. Dick also “haywired” a seat belt pre- tensioner, the SRS passenger and driv- ers airbags and set them off for all to see how quickly they deploy and the noise associated with their deployment. Dick supplied and raffled a brand new coffee machine to offset the cost of the supper.
