2017 ANNUAL AUSTRALIAN KIMBER RUN -
SUNDAY 12th November 2017
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. All entrants are bound by the Conditions of Entry upon submitting an
Entry Form and agree to observe these conditions.
2. All MG’s must be registered or on a permit and driven by a licensed
driver who complies with the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act 1959
as amended.
3. Payment of entry fees will determine entry number in strict chronologi-
cal sequence.
4. Entries definitely close on Friday 12 October 2017.
5. All participants will observe the current road laws and all speed limits
over the route.
6. All participants shall conduct themselves on an orderly manner.
7. Participants are subject to the directions and control, in all things, of
the organisers of the run and their agents.
8. The organiser of the run will be The MG Car Club of SA Inc.
9. The following indemnity must be signed by owners/ drivers of all vehi-
cles participating in this event:
a) All entrants/ owners/ drivers and passengers enter and partici-
pate in these runs solely at their own risk,
b) The organisers of this event and their agents do not admit li-
ability for any loss or damage suffered by or to any entrant,
driver or passenger through any circumstances,
c) In completing and signing this form I acknowledge that I have
read, understood and accept the Conditions of Entry to the
Annual Australian Kimber Run 2017
