" Having my birthday so close to the 4th of July, I always believed that the fireworks and BBQ's and weekend getaways were because of me. As I got older of course, I figured out that they weren't just for me.
Summer time is such a relaxing time of year. School is out, schedules seem to relax and we can get outdoors and enjoy nature.
Growing up in Southern California, the beach was a sure fire way to spend your long summer days.
After moving to the Northwest over 15 years ago, I believe that I have found my true piece of heaven.
The Treasure Valley has so much to offer, from its roaring rivers, to its amazing rock structures. You can ride your bike in Boise along the greenbelt, fish in the mountin lakes and go dirt bike riding just about anywhere.
