Production Information Pricing is based on 11 " Qualatex , one-side imprint and one ink color . Custom latex orders will ship within 10 business days from customer approval of proof . Rush order charges apply ( within 5 business days ). Please allow adequate time for shipping . Shipping charges apply to all custom orders , Order is subject to 5 % over / underrun .
Artwork Requirements Straight-line copy , camera-ready art or electronic art . See below for specifics . For best results , submit art no smaller than 4 " x 4 ". A $ 35.00 screen charge applies to cameraready or electronic art . A minimum of 1 / 8 ” separation between colors for multi-color imprint is required due to movement during printing . Straight-line copy is 5 lines or less with no slanted or curved copy . Electronic art can be sent to info @ mayflowerdistributing . com . For best results , provide black and white vector art . Rasterized images are accepted in JPG or PDF formats but should be sharp , black and white , and at least 300 dpi at 4 inches . Artwork requiring any touch ups may incur extra charges . Fax transactions are not considered camera-ready art and will not be accepted . Screens , grayscales or halftones will not be accepted . Proofs are $ 12.00 each imprint , first proof no charge .
Trademark Approval For registered trademark printing , a letter of approval from owner of logo must be provided .
