EPSOM SALT BATH: A Tool for Highly Sensitive Souls

Ever feel that there are toxic thoughts,
negative energy, and non-positive people
around your environment which makes
you feel drained and unbalanced? Taking
a soothing Epsom salt bath can help wash
away these negative feelings and keep you
grounded, as salt comes from the earth.
Epsom salt has cleansing abilities,
which can help clear away negative energy
that surrounds us and our auras, from
others or from ourselves. When we think
negative, we release negative energies
and these energies stuck in our energy
field which results in making us feel down,
tired, sad, depressed and overthinking. It’s
very important to keep your energetic field
healthy otherwise you will start falling sick
every now and then.
An Epsom salts bath is an essential
tool for sensitive souls to stay grounded
and cleaned. It is one of the main recovery
tools which helps you calm down your
mind, body and soul. These baths work
at a deep spiritual level and make you
feel grounded and relaxed. They clear
away all toxic vibrations, stuck, clogged,
negative energy that our auras pick up
and store from others, or even ourselves.
Additionally, by adding essential oils and
crystals to the bath, your energetic system
is further cleared and balanced.

How to have a soothing Epsom Salt
Bath:
First, you’ll need a bathtub! If you don’t
have one then a big bucket to soak your feet
in is the next best thing. The ingredients I
am going to list are for a bathtub, but you
may adjust the quantity accordingly if you
are using a bucket.
1. Fill your bath with water that is
tolerably hot.
2. Now add two heaped cups of
Epsom Salts to your bath and stir
to dissolve.
3. Spend at least 15-20 minutes
having a good soak!
You can also add some essential oils
to your bath to enhance the experience.
Use a few drops of Lavender (As intuition
guides) at the end of the day if you want to
relax – this is a great sleep enhancer.
You may also add some rose petals as
it has good vibrations for heart chakra. You
may also dim the lights and play a calming
music to have a great experience.
At the end, take shower to wash off the
salt and apply some moisturizer.
Epsom salts baths also detoxify the
body, and work wonders on your aura –
that energetic bubble our physical bodies
reside within. Epsom Salt baths clear our
auras and strengthen them.
I often put a few tumbled crystals in my
bath too and my favorites are smoky quartz
for clearing negativity and low vibrations
from my aura, rose quartz for love and
nurture, and amethyst for enhancing
spiritual connection. I often throw in a
carnelian too, as it is a great physical healer
and energy booster.
So enjoy your Epsom salt bath -- an
easy and clever way to soothe the body
and soul.
