After working for another area rental company the past four years , Cassie Priest developed a passion for the rental business , inspiring her to one day own her own company . In June 2021 , Cassie bought The Vintage Rental Co . and has lots of ideas and plans to expand the inventory , upgrade items and grow the business .
While her family and friends are scouring yard sales , antique markets and various boutiques to help her to broaden her offerings , her fiance , Justin Tobin , is her right-hand handyman . Justin has crafted beautiful farmhouse tables and can fix or build almost anything Cassie needs . Vintage Rental Co . is a boutique rental company and Cassie prides herself on offering all of her couples a custom experience with personal touches , thank-you notes and genuine effort to go the extra mile to make each wedding perfect and unique .
Her website is her showroom and is easy to navigate and peruse all of her wares . Cassie encourages her couples to browse through all of her items , make a wish list on her website and then they can see what will fit into each couple ’ s budget . You can put a hold on these unique items for up to seven days , since most of them are one of a kind . Discuss them with your trusted friends , family , fiance and decide . Then you can put a reservation on specific items . Remember as with all rental companies , do not wait .
The Vintage Rental Co . has arches , farm tables , bistro chairs , rugs , dinnerware , colored goblets , linens and even rare , black flatware . Note their specialty is their lounge furniture ! Her furniture has so
much personality and verve that each piece is named and brings its own vibe to your wedding . You might choose “ Charlotte ,” the sage settee , or “ Stella ,” the wicker loveseat . Maybe “ Margaret ,” the velvet couch , needs to make an appearance at your wedding . Whatever furniture you choose , lounge pieces are a big trend in weddings right now . Cassie advises couples to rent as much as you can . “ There are rental companies . You do not have to buy everything !” While yes , you might be able to find less expensive table runners in China , you do not want to be stressed waiting for your order to come in and then realize they all need to be steamed and cleaned to get the wrinkles out , or that all of the dinnerware you bought must be cleaned and stored . As a newlywed herself , Cassie understands the decision-making process from both a bride ’ s perspective as well as a vendor ’ s perspective and strives to provide all of her couples 100 % of her time , effort and attention .
