How did the EMBA impact your career?
As the EMBA is part-time, you get to apply your
learnings from class immediately into your job.
During my program, the company of which I was
CFO was acquired by Tesla. I was constantly
applying my learnings and skills directly into my
role throughout this process and it proved
invaluable.
How would you describe the program?
It is a highly innovative, future-oriented program.
The content is constantly developed so that it’s
aligned with the future challenges of students and
senior managers. It’s flexible and very international.
You’re faced with lots of intercultural challenges
identical to the daily challenges you’ll face in a
global organization. It’s great preparation for the
future and covers all the key topics required to
successfully navigate through senior management.
How did the program change you?
My leadership skills improved greatly. I’ve become
much more self-reflective. I’m also much better
prepared to get the best out of team members
from other cultures. The program helped me to
become future-ready and effectively navigate
executive challenges.
