Snoots Dwagon

We could not have done such a fine exhibit without the long hours of hard work put in by the doctor ( above )... I mean Snoots Dwagon . Doctor Dwagon is a member of the Community Library Board of Directors and a cocoordinator of external exhibits . He designed the external exhibition space ( outside the library building ), handled the
