• Discuss favorite aspects of the holiday
season, introducing new words where
necessary.
• Watch a holiday movie and talk about it.
Ask “Who was your favorite character?”
or “What made you laugh?”
• Create a “reading corner” at home with
pillows, a blanket and your favorite
books!
