THE JOHN HAYNES FOUNDATION GALA DINNER
A gala dinner took place at the Hilton City Centre Hotel , Liverpool on the 17th September , and was appropriately themed ‘ The Greatest Showman ’ as a tribute to John Haynes .
A spokesperson from The John Haynes Foundation said : " We are so excited to announce the exact figure raised on the evening was an incredible £ 37,613.95 , as this is only our second gala dinner it has surpassed all our expectations & will help us accelerate the work the foundation is doing to help 1 Million individuals build their resilience and realise their true potential so those young people can ‘ Fly With The Eagles ’.

" With limited resources and time , the foundation Chair , Linda Yarker , was proud to share with the audience on the evening the extensive progress that had been made since the foundation was formed just over a year ago , with the highlight of the evening being a video showing the positive impact that had been made with the students that participated in the foundation pilot program which took place at The City of Liverpool College .
" A long term partnership has been formed with The City of Liverpool College who kindly provided so much support including sound and light , photography , video , dance and singing performances , makeup and even handmade chocolates for the guests which showcases the talents of their amazing students and team .
" The event was attended by Everton CEO and the foundation Patron In Chief Denise Barrett-Baxendale and heartfelt speeches from foundation patrons Liverpool Metro Mayor Steve Rotheram & Head Chef at The Art School , Paul Askew , who both spoke about the profound impact John Haynes mentoring had on them personally and their wider team , which is exactly why the foundation was formed to continue John ’ s work to help others ‘ Fly With The Eagles ’
