There ’ s been a buzz around the Mersey Life HQ this month . It ’ s because we ’ ve been given the exclusive opportunity to announce a new collaboration between Liverpool ’ s foremost ‘ Brewery Bar ’ and Mersey Life ’ s favourite American restaurant brand .
So here it is ! Low Slow and Dough are coming to Love Lane Brewery Bar and Kitchen , in a local partnership and will be launching their new menu early in October .
The brainchild of Ian Marray . You ' ve heard of Burger King , well , he ' s the Burger Emperor . His chefs at Low Slow and Dough have been consistently preparing their now legendary smash patty burgers for over 4 years , way before most of the new burger boys opened shop . They ’ ve created a menu that ’ s bursting with classic American dishes , all truly authentic and seriously delicious . It ’ s fun food , enjoyed with a cold beer , not ‘ fine dining ’, but most definitely ‘ fine diner ’!
There ’ s something for everyone here and , through alchemy , they even have a ‘ Go Vegan ’ option for almost everything on the menu !

NYC STYLE BEEF FRANKFURTERS with a range of toppings from traditional ( onion , ketchup , and mustard ) to tropical ( pineapple jalapeño relish and sriracha mayo ).
THE LEGEND BURGER salad & mayo base , topped with American cheese , bacon , BBQ sauce , onion crunch .
LOUISIANA HOT FRIED CHICKEN AND WAFFLES with lashings of crispy bacon and maple syrup .
SMOKEHOUSE BURGER beefy , sweet , & smokey + Korean chilli chicken wings .
THE SOURDOUGH PIZZA CRUSTS are perfectly thin and crispy , with just enough bite to complement the creamy mozzarella they use .
DIRTY FRIES Their dirty fries have always been great , but they ’ ve introduced a nacho cheese and bacon version that ’ s beyond delicious , especially when paired with , in our opinion , the best burgers in town .
In our humble opinion , their creations are unrivalled in quality , originality and flavour , none more so than their fabled ...
HOT HEAD BURGER which , with their standard double 100 % aged beef patties , smothered in melted American cheese , sitting on a slick of creamy mayonnaise ( always Hellmans ), a fistful of pickled jalapeños providing a great sharp balance , then topped with a generous amount of their own recipe ‘ Habanero jam ’ packing a sweet punchy heat , a sprinkle of crispy onions for a little texture and finally a salty flourish of pancetta bacon , nestled in a soft brioche bun , could possibly be a contender for the greatest burger available today !

The lunch and light bites menu is daily from 12pm until 5pm . The à la carte menu is 12pm until 8pm .
