JAN MOLBY CHRISTMAS LUNCH
Thornton Hall Hotel saw the very welcome return of the always entertaining Jan Molby Sportsmen ’ s Charity Lunch , in aid of the Tim Cogley Cardiac Screening Foundation , on Friday 2nd December . The event was sponsored by Carter Jonas and Molby The Label .
After a splendid lunch , guests were entertained by impressionist Kevin Connelly . Jan was then joined on stage by Steve McMahon for a captivating tour of Steve ’ s glittering career , holding the well-informed audience spellbound for 45 minutes .
Event Founder and Host , Jan Molby said : " Raising a magnificent total , in excess of £ 20,000 has blown away myself , Mandy Molby , Jayne Dixon and all the fantastic team of willing helpers .
" We can ’ t thank everyone enough for their amazing generosity to this great charity - all the money will be spent on cardiac screening and continuing to save young lives ."
