IT ' S A WRAP
My dear , beautiful , steadfast reader , this is the last article I will be writing for this wonderful magazine . I wanted to publicly thank the Editors and my friends Nicky and Si , who have trusted this part of their magnificent magazine to me . Thanks to their generosity I have grown to love writing and have immensely enjoyed sharing my passion for all things interiors ! However , I am putting my pen down to concentrate on an exciting new chapter in my life , more of which I am sure you will hear about soon !

As I have said before , Christmas is a time for colour ( only two at a time reader ) and for wonderful scents invading your house ! I have put together some of my favourite trends this season .
White and Natural
Combining the natural world with white accents will give you a clean crisp seasonal trend . All things feathered are a must this month .
Nordic Style
This trend is perennial and for a reason . It is simple and beautiful , think glass ornaments red and white and lots of pine and sheepskins , perfect .
Gold
All hail the gold accent , this season there is a plethora of shiny gold ornaments and statement pieces to purchase , if you lean more to the traditional you will love this trend , if you are more of a modernist then use it sparingly .
Pop of the Picks
If you have a feature colour in your sitting room like a bright pink sofa then use that colour as your theme for Christmas , from everything from your tree to your beautifully wrapped gifts , simple but effective .
