THE ART OF TRANSFORMING FAMILY HEIRLOOMS .

A customer recently visited us with a question about her late family ’ s wedding bands . She was enquiring about combining the 3 wedding bands , which was her late grandfather ’ s , grandmother ’ s and father ’ s into one .
So we set about melting the 3 together and coming up with the profile she wanted to accompany her engagement ring . She was thrilled as she could see the process of the actual ring being made .
Her husband however had his grandfather ’ s wedding band which was in platinum . With it not being the right colour we suggested that we turn the wedding band inside out and fuse it to the inside of the yellow gold band . Therefore he had the platinum band on the inside and gold on the outside so he and his future wife had matching rings . They turned out brilliantly and both customers were highly delighted to have something so personally sentimental , resurrected uniquely for them .
