Peach Ice Cream
2 cans sweetened condensed milk 1 quart half-and-half 2 cups frozen or fresh peaches 16 ounces of peach soda
Puree peaches in a blender . Pulse blender for only a few seconds to make puree . You want some small chunks of peaches to remain . Mix all ingredients together and freeze in ice cream maker . Serve with sweetened sliced peaches on top .
( For strawberry ice cream , substitute strawberry soda and strawberries .)
Milky Way Ice Cream
6 regular size Milky Way candy bars 1 pound marshmallows Dash of salt 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 / 2 gallon whole milk vanilla extract
Chop candy bars into small chunks . In a double broiler , add the chopped candy bars , marshmallows and one cup milk . Cook over low to medium heat , stirring often until candy bars and marshmallows are mostly melted . ( There will still be a few small chunks .)
Whisk the salt and sweetened condensed milk into the mixture and continue stirring until all is melted and resembles a thick hot chocolate . Remove from heat and let cool slightly .
Pour into ice cream maker container . Add whole milk up to the fill line and churn until done .

1 cup sugar 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 can evaporated milk 1 bottle maraschino cherries , chopped 1 medium can crushed pineapples with juice 3 mashed bananas 1 / 2 cup chopped pecans , toasted 2 packs French vanilla pudding mix 1 / 2 gallon milk
Mix first seven ingredients in large bowl then pour in freezer container . Add pudding mix and milk and stir until mixed well . Freeze in ice cream maker .

1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 small can crushed pineapples , drained 1 large bottle orange drink
Put directly into ice cream maker and freeze . Add pudding mix and milk and stir until mixed well . Freeze in ice cream maker . www . meridianstar . com
