HOT SPINACH DIP Ingredients
• 2 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 medium onion diced
• 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
• ½ cup of milk
• 8 ounce cream cheese
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon of hot sauce
• ¾ cup shredded mozzarella
• Salt and pepper
• Crackers , baguettes or vegetables for serving
WHIPPED GARLIC FETA DIP Ingredients 4 ounce cream cheese , at room temperature 6 ounce feta cheese , crumbled 1 / 3 cup sour cream 2 or 3 cloves garlic 1 pinch dried dill 1 pinch dried oregano 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 Roma diced or chopped grape tomatoes Chopped parsley or fresh dill to garnish Black pepper to taste Pita chips , crackers , veggies or toasted and sliced baguette
Instructions
• Preheat oven to 425 degrees , In a dutch oven or large pan , heat oil over medium . Add onion and garlic , cook until lightly browned , 5 to 8 minutes .
• Add spinach in two additions , letting the first batch wilt before adding the next ; cook until completely
• Add spinach , Worcestershire sauce , hot sauce , and 1 / 4 cup mozzarella ; stir to combine . Season with salt and pepper . Pour into a lightly oiled 1 1 / 2-quart shallow baking dish ; sprinkle with remaining 1 / 2 cup mozzarella .
• Bake until bubbly and golden brown , 20 to 25 minutes . Serve hot with accompaniments , as desired .
Instructions 1 . Beat cream cheese in a food processor until it ’ s smooth .
2 . Add the feta , cream cheese , garlic , dill , oregano and lemon juice to the cream cheese and then beat until well combined . To serve cold 1 . Pour the dip into a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes . Top with chopped tomatoes , parsley and black pepper prior to serving . To serve warm 1 . Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Transfer to a baking dish and bake , covered , for 25 minutes . Transfer to a serving dish and top with diced tomatoes and freshly ground pepper .
