Cater ’ s Market owner Jamie Cater celebrates the opening of her third location , Cater ’ s at the Museum , on Feb . 20 , across from the Mississippi Children ’ s Museum-Meridian in downtown Meridian .
What started in 2006 as a place to buy gourmet spices and herbs unavailable at the local grocery stores has now grown into a thriving local business as Jamie Cater , owner of Cater ’ s Market , celebrated the opening of her third store earlier this year in downtown Meridian .
The gourmet deli boasts an impressive selection of sweet treats , sandwiches and snacks providing healthier alternatives to fast food and bringing fresh flavors residents have loved from the start .
