Stuff hens with cooked rice . |

Place hens in a baking dish . |

Mix Grand Marnier and orange marmalade together in separate bowl . |

Cover hens with Grand Marnier and orange marmalade mixture . |

Place any leftover rice in baking dish with the Cornish hens . |

Cover baking dish with lid or foil . Place in oven and bake covered for 1 hour . |

Remove lid / foil and bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes . |
10 . Baste as desired with any liquid remaining in dish while cooking uncovered . | |
11 . Remove from oven and let rest 5 for minutes before serving . | |
12 . Hens may be served individually or cut in half or carved . |
