Ingredients for Broth :
• 2 Cornish hens ( thawed )
• 1 Box Uncle Ben ’ s Long Grain and Wild Rice ( Original Recipe )

Grand Marnier and Orange Glazed Cornish Hens

• 1 / 3 cup Grand Marnier liqueur
• 1 / 3 cup orange marmalade
Directions :
1 .
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit .
2 .
Cook rice according to directions on the package .
3 .
Stuff hens with cooked rice .
4 .
Place hens in a baking dish .
5 .
Mix Grand Marnier and orange marmalade together in separate bowl .
6 .
Cover hens with Grand Marnier and orange marmalade mixture .
7 .
Place any leftover rice in baking dish with the Cornish hens .
8 .
Cover baking dish with lid or foil . Place in oven and bake covered for 1 hour .
9 .
Remove lid / foil and bake uncovered for an additional 20 minutes .
10 . Baste as desired with any liquid remaining in dish while cooking uncovered .
11 . Remove from oven and let rest 5 for minutes before serving .
12 . Hens may be served individually or cut in half or carved .
