Turkey Dressing

Yield : 8 Servings
Cornbread For Dressing Ingredients :
• 4 tablespoons salted butter
• 2 cups yellow cornmeal
• 1 1 ⁄ 2 tablespoons kosher salt
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups buttermilk
Cornbread Directions :
1 . Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit . 2 . Heat a cast iron skillet with the butter in the oven for 5 minutes or until completely melted and butter is brown .
3 . While butter melts , whisk together cornmeal , salt and baking powder . In another bowl , lightly beat eggs , then add buttermilk and stir until combined . Pour egg mixture into dry ingredients and combine .
4 . Pour the melted butter from pan into batter and stir . Pour batter back into hot skillet and cook for 20 minutes , or until the top is golden brown .
