Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
1 ¾ cup sugar 3 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 2 cups grated zucchini 1 tablespoon vanilla 3 cups flour ½ cup cocoa powder 1 ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon baking powder ½ cup chocolate chips ½ cup chopped nuts ( optional )
Directions 1 . Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Grease and flour 2 5x9 loaf pans .
2 . Combine sugar , eggs , and oil in a large bowl . Beat until wellblended . Stir in the zucchini and vanilla .
3 . In another bowl , mix dry ingredients .
4 . Add mixtures together until just blended . Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts . Pour batter into prepared pans & bake for one hour , or until tester comes out clean .
5 . Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 mins before removing from pans to cool completely .
