Peaches & Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
¾ cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 package of dry vanilla pudding ( not instant ) 3 tablespoons butter 1 egg ½ cup milk 15 or 20 ounce can of sliced peaches 8-ounce block of cream cheese ( softened ) ½ cup sugar + 1 tablespoon ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
1 . Mix flour , baking powder , salt , dry vanilla pudding , butter , egg , and milk and pour into a greased 9 or 10-inch pie plate .
2 . Drain and reserve the juice from sliced peaches . Place the drained peach slices on top of the batter in the pie plate .
3 . Mix cream cheese , sugar , and three tablespoons of the reserved peach juice . Combine in a small mixer bowl and beat for two minutes at medium speed . Spoon to within one inch of the edge of the batter .
4 . Mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 / 2 teaspoon of cinnamon and sprinkle on top of the pie .
5 . Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and enjoy !
