Chocolate Zucchini Ca

Ingredients
2 cups flour 2 cups sugar ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 4 eggs 1 ½ vegetable oil 3 cups grated zucchini ¾ cup chopped walnuts or chocol
Directions 1 . Preheat 350 degrees . Grease a
2 . Stir together the flour , sugar , c powder , salt and cinnamon .
3 . Add eggs and oil , mix well .
4 . Fold in the nuts and zucchini un pan .
5 . Bake for 50 to 60 min , until kn out clean . Cool before frosting .
NOTE : I use ¾ cup oil and ¾ cup
