Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
1 ¾ cup sugar 3 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 2 cups grated zucchini 1 tablespoon vanilla 3 cups flour ½ cup cocoa powder 1 ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon ¼ teaspoon baking powder ½ cup chocolate chips ½ cup chopped nuts( optional)
Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 5x9 loaf pans.
2. Combine sugar, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. Beat until wellblended. Stir in the zucchini and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients.
4. Add mixtures together until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Pour batter into prepared pans & bake for one hour, or until tester comes out clean.
5. Cool in pans on wire rack for 10 mins before removing from pans to cool completely.
