Funfetti Cookies

Ingredients
1 box( 15.25 oz) Funfetti cake mix 1 / 3 cup oil 2 eggs 1 container of frosting of choice( vanilla is suggested)
Directions 1. Preheat your oven to 375 ° F.
2. In large bowl, combine the cake mix, oil, and eggs and stir until a dough ball forms.
3. Scoop tablespoons of dough into 1-inch balls and place them on ungreased cookie sheet or a sheet covered with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges begin to turn light, golden brown. Keep an eye on the cookies while they’ re baking--- it’ s very easy for them to overcook and burn on the bottom!
5. Remove cookies from the oven and allow them to cool for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack or serving platter.
6. Spread frosting over the cookies. If you want to add sprinkles, make sure to apply them to each individual cookie as soon as it’ s frosted to make sure they stick!
7. Enjoy!( Or store in an airtight container!)
