Ingredients
1 box ( 15.25 oz ) Funfetti cake mix 1 / 3 cup oil 2 eggs 1 container of frosting of choice ( vanilla is suggested )
Directions 1 . Preheat your oven to 375 ° F .
2 . In large bowl , combine the cake mix , oil , and eggs and stir until a dough ball forms .
3 . Scoop tablespoons of dough into 1-inch balls and place them on ungreased cookie sheet or a sheet covered with parchment paper .
4 . Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges begin to turn light , golden brown . Keep an eye on the cookies while they ’ re baking--- it ’ s very easy for them to overcook and burn on the bottom !
5 . Remove cookies from the oven and allow them to cool for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack or serving platter .
6 . Spread frosting over the cookies . If you want to add sprinkles , make sure to apply them to each individual cookie as soon as it ’ s frosted to make sure they stick !
7 . Enjoy ! ( Or store in an airtight container !)
