HOW HAS FLORISTRY IMPACTED YOUR LIFE ON A LARGE SCALE?

Floristry has been my path to discovering my creativity. It’s helped me appreciate beauty, nature and the importance of making use of

the gifts I have been given. I'm blown away

by how much people love what I do, and I believe that it is a blessing in people's lives, so if I hadn’t explored my own creativity I wouldn’t have been able to inspire and bless others.

DOES WILLOW GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY IN ANY WAY?

As an Intern for The A21 Campaign, an organisation fighting against human trafficking, I wanted to link all areas of my life together so that they work hand in hand. As a result of that I give 10% of my profits from each job to A21.

I believe that when you are blessed you should bless others. Unfortunately for some, freedom isn’t something that they posses due to horrific circumstances. Human Trafficking in particular is a crime that causes a victim to be ripped from every right as a human being. They aren’t their own anymore, they have been bought and sold as nothing more than a product. As someone who has freedom and the choice to do or to be anyone I want I think it’s my responsibility to make the most of what I have. For me that is supporting this particular organisation with my time as an intern and my finances as someone who is fortunate to have a business that is flourishing. This makes what I do have greater depth and purpose and therefore is much more rewarding. This is what motivates me.
