WHAT SPACE IN YOUR HOME EVOKES THE MOST CREATIVITY?

My studio. I think it's the coolest space in the house. I've got a wall of books and reference material and a fireplace with two chairs to snuggle into when I want to flick through stuff for inspiration. I've got a view of the garden - I love it.

WHAT'S A GUILTY PLEASURE-ESQUE ITEM FEATURED IN YOUR HOME? (SOMETHING THAT NO ONE ELSE APPRECIATES IN THE SAME WAY)

Probably my concrete chair. It was the first thing I bought for my house and yes, it's not the most practical chair on earth, but I love it!

I totally and utterly ignore trends. In interiors especially., trends are a dangerous territory - as soon as something is in, it's out. I follow

CAN YOU DESCRIBE THE FIRST PIECE OF FURNITURE, SPACE OR SETTING THAT SPARKED YOUR LOVE FOR INTERIOR DESIGN?

I grew up in a very colourful home. I remember from a young age a room in my parents' house painted out in deepest, darkest red with shelves full of books and a crackling fire in the grate. It was a comforting room and that vibe has stayed with me ever since. I want to create rooms that are intriguing, cocooning and have an edge.
