PROMOTION Camp out and wake up to Dorset Tea Pancakes W e love time in the great outdoors at Dorset Tea™ and, as keen campers, we are thrilled to be dusting off our tents and starting our camping adventures this month. This year we’ll be super stylish on the campsite with our new Dorset Tea™ caddy to keep our tea fresh and our new enamel camping ware that will be the envy of all! One of the great joys of camping is cooking and eating outside. Nothing beats the smell of breakfast being cooked as you unzip your tent and say hello to a gorgeous morning of clear blue skies. Here are some of our favourite breakfast treats; fuss-free, quick and easy dishes to cook on a camp stove and all served with a cup of delicious Dorset Tea™. Make a traditional pancake mix before you leave for camping and store in a polythene bag tied with a knot. This must be stored in a cool box and used within 24 hours of making. When you come to make your pancakes, simply snip off the end and squirt the batter mix into the pan. We love our pancakes served with blackberries and maple syrup. Fresh fruit is always the best, however if you can’t get hold of fresh blackberries when you go camping, you can always take a tin along with you. Grandma’s Eggy Bread 44 Brew with a view: start the day with a stylish breakfast Simply Gorgeous and Healthy Breakfast Muesli Sometimes the mornings are so beautiful we just want to enjoy the view. When this happens, we love a bowl of muesli from Primrose’s Kitchen with our morning cup of Dorset Tea™. Our favourite is raw beetroot and ginger; it’s so delicious and turns the milk a natural pink! Perfect breakfast for a perfect sunrise. WIN
