Green House assistant manager Aga
Mielech, who started at the hotel four
years ago as a bar supervisor. Her
passion has always been mixology and
she has influenced a passionate team to
be creative with their cocktails. Aga says

Ingredients
50ml of Langley's No. 8 gin
15ml St. Germain liqueur
35ml Pago Cloudy Apple
15ml fresh lemon juice
4 basil leaves

Method
Pour all ingredients over ice into a shaker,
add basil leaves, shake hard and double
strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish
Slice of lime and basil leaf.
