Home-cooked frozen meals
KING OF THE HILL
What started as selling eggs from a kitchen window
in 1980 has matured into a burgeoning farm shop,
butchers, and cafe in the small hamlet of Pamphill.
Come for helpful service with specialised knowledge
to pick up local Aberdeen-Angus beef, poultry, game,
lamb and pork. The shop stocks Dorset Tea, Wessex
flour, Amy’s Fudge, Mrs Darlington’s preserves, Cider
by Rosie, and smoked delights from Mike’s
Smokehouse, just to name a few. You can even
indulge with ice cream from Purbeck or New Forest.
The Richards family have been farming at Chilbridge
since 1869, and the love of organic, traceable beef
and local game endures, including venison, wild boar,
rabbit and pheasant.

A taste of the New Forest
FRUITS OF THE FOREST
Laura and Jonny Burrell, and Anne and Robin
Norris, Laura's parents, bought Hockey’s Farm in
2013. It's a country-style cafe in the heart of the
New Forest specialising in home-reared beef,
lamb, turkey and rare breed British Lop pork.
All are fully organic and traceable.
The shop was completed in 2014, serving locally
baked bread and pastries, fruit, veg, dairy, wines and
local beers. Bread from The Burley Baker, eggs from
Fluffetts Farm, cakes from Pauline’s Pantry,
Fordingbridge Fudge and Loosehanger Cheeses.
Head to the cafe, opened in 2015, and you can
enjoy food from 35 local suppliers, rounded off
with fresh ground coffee.
