menu dedicated to the Rajasthan’s own finest selection.
These are dishes exclusive to the restaurant, and include such
mouth-watering delicacies as Rajasthan chicken exotica, Rajasthan
king prawn nawabi and Rajasthan Zafrani (made with pureed
tomatoes, cream and ground pistachio nuts.)
There’s also an impressive range of vegetarian main courses and
more accompaniments than you could shake a poppadam at. Aside
from the superb food, the loyal following of the Rajasthan comes

At its heart, this elegant neighbourhood restaurant has made a
concerted effort to take the essence of traditional Indian flavours
and provide a new style in which to appreciate them. There’s also an
emphasis on seafood and healthy tandoor grilled meats, mirroring
the food trends in today’s India. Consistently delivering in taste and

your taste buds with its meticulous menu of curry house favourites
and more complex dishes.
Recommended dishes: Why not explore some of the more
interesting options on the menu such as the malabar mixed seafood
dish or the sabzi badami. A signature seafood dish, the malabar
mixed seafood (£11.75) features king prawns, tiger prawns, mussels
and squid rings simmered in coconut milk with lime and chilli.
While the signature vegetarian dish, sabzi badami (£
