6 ways to reduce test stress!

Give yourself a positive pep talk: Giving yourself a pep talk can help you become more confident and courageous, and will help you tremendously before a test.

Deep breathing for 2-3 minutes: If you get so stressed that you begin to breathe heavy, this technique will help you out a lot. Breathing deep and slowing for just a few minutes will decrease your stress.

Relax mind and muscles: When taking a test, you shouldn't think about anything but the test. Relax your mind and muscles of any build up of stress.

Sleep good the night before: This is very important. Sleep will relax and cleanse your mind. Make sure that you go to bed early the night before the test to ensure a good night sleep.

Study enough so that you feel prepared and comfortable: Feeling unprepared for a test is one of the worse feelings. To eliminate this feeling, study a week in advance so that by the time the test comes, you will feel comfortable and prepared.

Eat and drink healthy the day of the test: Eating and drinking healthy will help your body feel energized and awake. Eat an hour or two before the test so you won’t be hungry by the time the test comes.
