A good nights sleep is important for our over all well-being, this includes mental and physical well-being. For children, sleep plays a huge role in how they feel, do in school and mood and behaviour.

Getting a full nights rest, means less aggression, less hyperactivity, less mental issues, and better consicration.

Insomnia effects many many children, some seem to grow out of it but children that suffer from it struggle to fall asleep and stay sleeping through the night.

Perhaps sleeping disorders and mental health issues are connected to one another. Achild showing signs of depression or anxiety, may have trouble falling asleep and develop insomnia.
