 Minion troop costs drop to a maximum of two dark
elixir per Minion. Levels one through five only cost
one dark elixir per Minion, and levels six and seven
cost two dark elixir each.
 It's a great time to start training as many of these as
possible because of the discount.
 These would also be a good donation to other
players' Clan Castles.
