OCCUPANCY( MAX / PRIV) This shows the maximum occupancy as well as the private occupancy.

• Maximum Occupancy – Maximum number of guests a unit will accommodate. The maximum occupancy is determined by factors such as local fire safety regulations, dining area seating, unit accommodations and square footage of the unit. For your comfort, the maximum occupancy may be smaller than the total number of sleeping accommodations.

• Private Occupancy – The number of persons that a resort unit may accommodate, based on two adults per private sleeping area with private access to a bathroom.
