Member Event Producer Guide For Event Compliance 2018-2019 Volume 1 | Page 2
Dear USASF Member Event Producers:
We have created this guide to assist you in all areas related to event compliance, with an
emphasis on Membership Compliance and Eligibility. We have highlighted all of the major
areas of compliance and included reminders for others. We encourage you to review the
sanctioning requirements and the member company agreement to ensure you are meeting all
compliance guidelines.
This booklet includes valuable information for staff members that will have direct contact with
your All Star customers. Please distribute this to all of your registration and event staff and
make it available to everyone else with your organization.
We encourage you to designate a point person at each of your events to be the USASF
compliance officer. They should have a thorough knowledge of the requirements and
compliance guidelines. This person should work with the Regional Director in the area of that
event should any issues arise.
Our goal, as always, is to be your partner in compliance. Ultimately, we want every All Star
Program to be compliant and thus eligible to take the floor at your event. A systematic, pro-
active approach is the best road to take. The earlier you start communicating with your
customers, the easier the compliance process becomes.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to myself or one of the Regional
Directors.
Sincerely,
Amy Clark
