Ingredients: 2 mangos, 1 red onion, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, cilantro, a large bowl, a small bowl and 1 lime.
Steps:
Peel and dice both mangos
Place them in the large bowl
Peel and dice the red onion
Place it in the small bowl
Put 1 tablespoon of salt on the onions Squeeze the onions until all the juice from the onions are gone
Rinse the onions
Drain the water from the onions and place them in the large bowl with the mangos
Wash the cilantro and remove the stem
Chop cilantro *to taste
Place it in the large bowl
Squeeze lime
Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in bowl
