When I came out from the “경기전” it was freezing cold. At the far end of “Gingko street” a café “외할머니 솜씨 (My grandma’s taste)” stood and flashed it’s sign. I slashed into the café craving for a hot drink and I found there a drink called “쌍화차” a Korean tea. This tea nestled me into a warm comfort making me drowsy. I browsed around the café, it was small but very charming at there I looked back at the short trip I had on that day.

Neighboring at the 경기전, 전동성당(The Jeon dong cathedral) stands tall pumping it’s divine aura. Wait a second a cathedral at the Han-ok ma-eul where holy shrine stands? Unique indeed, the two holy shrines of two different religions Christianity and Confucianism co-exist in one place.

From the 경기전 I got a impression that the holy cross from 전동성당’s spire illuminating light towards the 경기전’s roof. I took a picture of this magnificent artwork and named it “collaboration of the east and west.”

Gingko’s falling hairs, sacred shrine, Hot drink at the Han-ok and most of all real Korean food.
