As a comedian, what is your ultimate intention? Do you have a goal, like to have your own TV show, become a star or a career stand-up? Or do you just love what you do and will wait and see? I am helping up and coming comedians by giving them a platform to showcase their talent, which is also my way of giving back. I want to fill big Theatres and stadiums one day with my One Man shows.I also want to write, direct and act in sitcoms. When you're not performing, do the people around you expect you to be funny 24/7 because of what you do for a living? Yes, some people don't take comedy serious, they think comedy is a joke. Comedy ke mmereko and ga e patele overtime. I cannot be cracking jokes everywhere all the times, ke tla ba ka palelwa ke go fasa ke nnetše diJoke. What are some of the biggest mistakes new comedians make? Most of them don't write their own material, they do jokes they heard somewhere, either performed by other comedians or friends. How does someone get started in standup comedy? Read books, watch DVD's , learn different styles from different comedians, find your own unique style and what works for you, write new jokes and avoid internet jokes, they are not funny. Also do open spots.
