JACOB RUCHOTZKE ENSEMBLE This is Jacob Ruchotzke ’ s first show at TCR , and his first in 8 years , where he played Will Parker in Quad City Music Guild ’ s production of Oklahoma ! He has been in numerous musicals including , Guys and Dolls , A New Brain , Clue , and Spamalot . He ’ s also been in choir since high school including the Iowa City Chamber Singers . He would like to thank TCR for this opportunity and his family for all their support .
AUGUST SANDS CHILDREN ' S ENSEMBLE / TIMOTHY August is thrilled to make his stage debut with this fun cast and awesome team of directors ! He has been bitten by the theater bug and is especially happy to share this experience with his sister , Finlee . August is a 5th grader at Prairie Creek and participates in dance , piano , band , and choir .
FINLEE SANDS KID ’ S ENSEMBLE Finlee loves to sing and dance so she ’ s excited to take the stage in her first musical ever ! She ’ s had a lot of fun rehearsing this show alongside her brother , August ! Finlee is in 2nd grade at Prairie View . She also takes piano and dance lessons . She hopes you enjoy the show !
SAM SHANNON KID ’ S ENSEMBLE Sam is so excited to be back on the TCR stage . Favorite past roles include “ Brigitta ” from The Sound of Music and “ Matilda ” from Matilda the Musical . Sam would like to thank Lisa and the entire creative team and her parents for all of their support . Happy Holidays !
GREG SMITH MR . ALANSO SMITH Greg is thrilled to be reprising the role of Mr . Smith , performing the role back in 2012 in TCR ’ s last production of Meet Me In St . Louis . Greg has worked with many area theatres , most recently performing the role of Captain Smith in Titanic and King Arthur at Starlighters II in Anamosa . You may have seen Greg previously on the TCR stage as Lord Farquaad in Shrek , Lumierre in Beauty and the Beast , and his most recent TCR main stage production as Horace Vandergelder in Hello Dolly . Greg would like to thank his wife ( Marcia ), his parents , inlaws , and four children - as his passion for telling stories wouldn ’ t be realized without their support .
KALEB SMITH ENSEMBLE Kaleb is a student at Kennedy High School where he enjoys show choir , theater and speech . He is excited to be back on the TCR stage after being in Cinderella . Kaleb would like to thank his family for their support and Mrs . Brunson for being patient with him .
REBECCA VERNON ENSEMBLE Rebecca is excited to return to TCR after her ensemble work in Hello , Dolly ! several years ago . Past roles at other local theaters include “ Amalia Balash ” in She Loves Me , “ Queen Guenevere ” in Camelot , and “ Olive Orlovsky ” in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee . Rebecca would like to thank her cast members and the crew for making this such a fun experience !
