McLeod, the mission-driven country doc, leaves legacy of leadership

rawn to the Florida State University College of Medicine by its mission statement and community-based medical school design, Dr. Paul McLeod has had a guiding hand – directly and indirectly – in the education of the college’ s first 2,069 M. D. graduates. in both title and longevity, McLeod has served as the founding Pensacola Regional Campus dean since Jan. 7, 2002, and senior associate dean of regional campuses since February 2009, guiding the clinical education of third- and fourth-year medical students across all six campuses.
