From protective tip covers, boxes, cases, and telescopic packaging, the international company can help provide a solution to a business’ needs whether it is merchandising and display of products, or the secure and sterile transportation of components. Medical device manufacturers require a safe packaging that is easy to handle and this is offered by the TubeInTube. With a projected launch date in 2020, the ‘tube within a tube’ is a double sterile packaging that is ideally suited for bone screws in various sizes, but can be customised to accommodate numerous other implants. TubeInTube offers the functionality of implants arriving already packaged and sterilized, bringing them into the operating room — and handing the sterile implant to the doctor without anyone touching it. Compared to blistered sterile barrier packaging, this allows businesses to simplify and speed up internal procedures and handling, improves safety, saves storage space, increases product organisation efficiency and reduces waste.
