Moreover, according to the Cancer Research UK, 2015 statistics, 55,122 new cases of breast cancer were registered in 2015, U.K. In the U.K., breast cancer was the most common cancer, accounting for 15% of all new cancer cases in 2015. Furthermore, in 2014, 7% cases of breast cancer were registered among the total cancer deaths in the U.K., according to the same source.
