The tourism business in the United States is at its peak. Tourism
does not only happen in the outskirts of the city but also happens
in the city centres like Washington DC and New York City.
N
ew York City. Tours compa-
nies in the city are vigilant
mostly in transportation
around the city well known as the
hop on hop off bus companies. The
companies offer detailed informa-
tion about all the tourist attraction
stops in the city which amount to
over 30 stops. Tourist attractions in
the city are more of parks, memori-
al grounds, monuments, museums,
business centres and many more.
Furthermore, other companies
also utilize the tourism business
sector very well as they have tours
in their company premises. For
example NBC studios as an out-
standing media company in the
history of media also have a paid
tour session with tour guides who
take the tourists through the dif-
ferent sections of the studios and
showing how their broadcasting
goes on. The tour guides provide
sufficient information on every tour
stop and about the well-recognized
individuals in the NBC public. An-
other example are universities, they
also have planned campus tours
which are booked in advance. Even
though the university tours are not
paid for, they add something into
the tourism sector of the states
they are located in.
Due to the hyped tours that bring
together people from all over the
world, there are so many shops and
stalls that sell souvenirs of tourist
attractions in a given state respec-
tively. For example in New York
city the souvenir stores and stalls
sell items of the statue of liberty,
gift cards with the pictures of the
Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges
well lit in the night, and so on.
The most noticeable thing on all
the various tours is that all places
hold their history intact. which re-
flects a lot on their past and shows
where they have come from and
where they are heading to in terms
of development. The USA holds
most of their history intact for tour-
ist attraction as opposed to Kenya
and Uganda.
