MISO GLAZED SEA BASS
4 6-8 oz Sea Bass
1/2 cup Mirin
1/2 cup Miso
1/3 cup white sugar
1 green onion (optional)
Whisk together the mirin, sake, and sugar together until incorporated. Place liquid in a bag and add the Sea Bass. Marinate for 1-2 days. Turn over on broil. Pat the Sea Bass until dry and place it on an oiled pan. Cook fish until top is golden brown. Turn oven off and let the Sea Bass rest in the oven for 5-8 minutes. Chop up the green onions and sprinkle them on top.
