Insertion Order
Customer placing an advertisment may submit new artwork prior to each issue's deadline date. If no new artwork is received by an
issue's deadline date, the existing artwork will be used.
Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed and faxed to BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE no later than 10 days prior to first issue's
deadline date. When Customer signs the accompanying Credit Card Authorization Form, Advertiser will be authorizing BIG Publications to
charge your credit card the amount shown for each issue. Customer's card will be charged up to 10 days prior to each deadline date.
All advertisements must be received by BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE no later than above deadline dates and must meet all specifications set
forth in the SPECS sheet provided to Customer in BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE's media kit that was sent to Customer via U.S. Postal
Service, faxed to Customer at the fax number provided to us, and e-mailed to Customer's e-mail address provided to us. Neither BUYERS
INDUSTRY GUIDE or BIG PUBLICATIONS will be held responsible for printing quality if all specifications are not met.
I am an authorized agent for the above named company. By signing this Insertion Order I am agreeing to purchase advertising in the
BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE. I also agree to the prices and payment terms as set forth in this agreement. This can be construed to be a
promise to pay the Amount Due in the prescribed manner of payment by the appropiate dates.
BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE reserves the right to refuse any advertisements for any reason.
BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE does not advertise any products that are intended for any illegal purposes.
Customer is solely responsible for any legal and financial liability arising out of or relating to the material, which includes but is not limited to any
and all changes made to the Customer's advertisement by BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE or BIG Publications which the Customer desires to
have BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE place in its issues for purposes of the advertising ("Advertising Material"). The Customer represents and
warrants that the Advertising Material it seeks to have BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE place in its publication complies with all local, state,
federal and foreign regulations and laws.
The Customer also represents and warrants that the Customer owns the copyrights, trademarks and other usage rights connected with the
text or images supplied for reproduction, or owns appropiate licenses thereto. Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify BUYERS
INDUSTRY GUIDE and BIG Publications including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement or misappropriation of any copyright,
patent, trademark, trade secret, music, image, or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion
or privacy or rights of celebrity, violation of any anti-discriminatory law or regulation, or any other right of any person or entity. Customer agrees
to indemnify BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE and BIG Publications and to hold BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE, BIG Publications, its officers,
directors, employees & agents harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees
and expenses that may be incurred by BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE and BIG Publications arising out of or related to Customer's breach of
any of the foregoing representations and warranties.
The Customer is required to make a copy of the original advertisment prior to allowing BUYERS I NDUSTRY GUIDE and BIG Publications to
print said advertisment. The Customer will not hold BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE or BIG Publications liable for any loss of materials by the
Advertiser or BUYERS INDUSTRY GUIDE or BIG Publications once the agreement is signed.
