Sri . S . K . Roy , Managing Director , The Peerless General Finance & Investment Co ., trodded around the globe with his team where he visited different Hospitals and delved into their way of functioning . Peerless Hospital & B . K . Roy Research Centre stands on serene greens spread over 10 acres of land covering a carpet area of 3,80,000 sqft . Spread horizontally the patients who come here for treatment do not feel claustrophobic and the service with smile helps them heal better . For patients who are under palliative care , the dignity of the patient is maintained till the end so that the best comfort and care is given .
It is under the stewardship of Sri . S . K . Roy , inspired by the passion of Sri . B . K . Roy to serve the mankind , that the Hospital took its birth way back in 1994 when there were very few private healthcare providers present . Sri . S . K . Roy always welcomed new technology and latest developments in medical science enabling the Hospital to boost a long list out of several ' Firsts ' both in the city and in Eastern India .

I believe that there is something special in each one of us , no matter which ever strata of socio economic level he belongs from . The best way to absorb the best in the person I come across is to talk and listen to him . I am always keen to know not only about the person , his life , his family etc at the gate of my of�ce but also about people at the gates of other of�ces . What I get in return is heartwarming smiles and the warmth of human relation where designations , positions are all invisible . Only thing that remains between me and him is a healthy communication to touch each others ' lives .

We must go down to the very fundamentals of life . Each life differs from the other and that leaves no space for imposition . What you can get done by being considerate can never be done for a long time through imposition .
